Local fire safety compliance, done properly
Essential Safety Measures inspections for business owners, owner’s corporations and property managers across the Mornington Peninsula, Phillip Island and Gippsland
WHO WE ARE
Mornington Peninsula Fire Protection is a local fire-safety compliance specialist. We help building owners, owners corporations and property managers meet their legal obligations — through Essential Safety Measures (ESM) inspections and electrical Test & Tag, backed by clear, audit-ready reporting you can hand straight to your building surveyor, auditor or insurer.
We believe compliance shouldn't be confusing, and it shouldn't be a scramble when your report is due. Our job is to keep your building safe, your paperwork in order and your obligations handled — so you can get on with everything else.
OUR STORY
Mornington Peninsula Fire Protection is owned and run by Adam Holt, a Hastings local who has spent more than 22 years in training, emergency management and frontline fire and safety roles.
Adam understands fire from both sides. As an operational firefighter with the CFA's Hastings Fire Brigade — where he serves as an elected 2nd Lieutenant and Brigade Training Coordinator — he responds to structural, hazmat and wildfire incidents and works as a Fire Medical Responder. And as a qualified fire-safety technician, Fire Safety Advisor and nationally recognised Trainer and Assessor, he has spent years helping organisations prevent fires and stay compliant.
Before starting his own business, Adam worked as a fire-service technician and training and emergency-management coordinator — servicing and inspecting to AS 1851 — and has delivered First Aid, Chief Warden and WHS training across education, healthcare, government, retail and major infrastructure. That mix of hands-on compliance work, deep training expertise and genuine fireground experience is what he brings to every building he looks after.
He founded Mornington Peninsula Fire Protection to give local building owners and managers exactly what he'd want himself: reliable, properly documented fire-safety compliance from someone who knows the standards, knows the Peninsula, and answers the phone.
